Refund and Return Policy

At Zeta Design & Construction Limited, we are committed to providing quality construction materials, architectural products, and related services to our customers throughout Uganda.

1. Return Eligibility : Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product was delivered damaged;
  • The wrong product was supplied;
  • The product has a manufacturing defect;
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

Products that have been used, installed, modified, cut, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or special-order products;
  • Products imported specifically upon customer request;
  • Products that have been installed or used;
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable;
  • Services already rendered.

3. Refund Process: Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Exchanges : If a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product;
  • Exchange for an equivalent product;
  • Store credit; or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Return Shipping and Transportation : If the return is due to an error, defective products, or incorrect delivery, Zeta Design & Construction Limited will arrange or reimburse reasonable return transportation costs.

For all other approved returns, transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery : Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Failure to report visible damage or shortages within this period may affect eligibility for returns or claims.

7. Order Cancellation : Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or collection. Once products have been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated under this Return and Refund Policy.

Special order and custom-manufactured products may not be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
