Delivery Policy

Zeta Design & Construction Limited strives to deliver products safely and efficiently throughout Uganda.

Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services within Kampala and to other regions of Uganda subject to transportation availability and customer location.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability;
  • Order quantity;
  • Delivery location;
  • Traffic and weather conditions;
  • Third-party transportation schedules.

Estimated delivery times provided by our team are intended as guidance and may be subject to change.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination;
  • Product dimensions and weight;
  • Quantity ordered;
  • Transportation requirements.

Delivery costs will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Receiving Deliveries

Customers or their authorized representatives must be available to receive and inspect products upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery schedules, Zeta Design & Construction Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road conditions, government actions, strikes, supplier delays, or force majeure events.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the products.

Ownership of goods remains with Zeta Design & Construction Limited until full payment has been received.
